  2. Ban the apps, ban the bots, ban Russians even. This is an asymmetrical war and terror is just a playground game for Russia. We need to cut it all off.

  3. Russia needs to stfu and leave other countries alone!

  4. Is there evidence for this? I’d like to watch a documentary about it or see it for myself as opposed to just being told.

    It’s not that I don’t believe it, I just have no idea how widespread or effective it is. I have no doubt that Russia would try this and I understand their endgame.
