  7. More proof this was a sham set up. A Russian reporter and camera crew. Now MTG’s BF asking soft ball questions to Trump and derogatory questions to Zelensky. I did find that odd or at least questioned what kind of reporter would ask something like that. It all makes sense, this was good television in Trump’s deranged thought process and was intended to squeeze Zelensky into signing a wildly one-sided deal. I’m glad Zelensky saw through it and stood up to Goliath. Seeing how the rest of the world is responding and standing behind Ukraine, anyone with a brain would realize this was a terrible moment for the US.

  9. MTGs survival depends on getting headlines, outrage and “owning libs”. It was selfinterest to fuck around with Zelensky and world peace, it was in order to make sure that she didn’t lose attention.

    And all we hear is crickets.

    Foreign leader of an democratically elected ally comes seeking peace during a very volatile time in the world.

    And the media focuses on what the guy is wearing.

  17. to any foreign friends of US, we are not all like this. majority of us condemn this behavior of our public servants. As a US American I’m ok with my tax dollars helping innocent people fight tyranny worldwide. What these flunkies are doing does in no way represent The foundations that our nation was built on. I can’t imagine the amount of humility it takes to do what President Zelensky did yesterday. Rest assured our current president is not a quarter of the Man or leader Zelensky is. Americans will right this wrong, unfortunately I cannot say when. God speed to the brothers and sisters in Ukraine that continue to fight for Democracy and Freedom. May the reaper come swiftly for traitors to the State. Donald walks the line for us, not we for him.

  29. Zelenskyy has been standing up to Russia invading his country and killing his people.

    After learning to successfully endure that, I don’t see why he’d back down to what amounts to a room full of car salesmen trying to use intimidation and high pressure tactics.

    Zelensky said it himself, he’s not wearing a “costume” until the war is over. Because that’s all Trump does is put on a show to engorge his ego.

    They never intended on having a serious conversation about the effort to support Ukraine. I think Zelensky knows he’s on his own or he’ll have to go elsewhere for the support he needs to kick the Russians out of Ukraine.

    Zelensky didn’t deserve this. He and Ukraine deserve better. They deserve our full support. Not whatever this was.
