Has anyone recieved such letter from their ABH?
I find it a bit odd frankly, I'm a student here.
Also, I barely know german and I also don't know anyone who speaks fluent German in my city to come with me. Nonetheless to come with me on a Tuesday.

  1. Doesn’t your school provide assistance?

We have no idea what kind of questions since we don’t know your citizenship. But that is what triggered this.

  2. They are likely to ask you whether you have ever been part of an organisation that is banned in Germany or even your country of origin. They may ask you whether you are or have been part of a political party or a terrorist organisation. (They don’t expect you to say yes, it’s so that if it turns out later that you were lying they can point to you immigrating under false pretenses and throw you right back out)

It’s going to be hard to find somebody to help you out until Tuesday, I would probably recommend asking the university for help. Your university probably has an international office that should be well versed in these processes and MAY even be able to help you find somebody to come with you. (Though asking this on Monday with the appointment on Tuesday may be difficult.)

You can ask for a later appointment via the mail address they provided though. (It says “for urgent reasons”, but I would presume having no translator is urgent enough, as the entire meeting is kinda pointless without one)

  3. It’s usually tied to religion. You know how they treat Muslims in the EU(or in Germany) especially if you are from Afghanistan/Iraq/Iran. Try to find someone to that day because YOU will need someone there who can explain you. DO NOT SIGN any paper without knowing what you are signing. Also if bringing someone is not possible, then ask if your translator can be on the phone.wo you can call your trusted person. They allow many of my neighbours who do not speak German at all.
Otherwise postpone the Termin ASAP to the date you will have someone with you.

  4. You have to undergo a security interview. With the letter you posted, you have to get to entrance 1 ten minutes before the actual appointment. At entrance 1, you have to ask a person of the security staff, where to go exactly. The interview is going to happen at the place, where the security person sends you. You must not be late. If you are, the interview is not going to happen. That might result in you not getting a residence permit too soon, because in Bavaria, the interview is regarded as an obligatory (for some people) step to obtain a residence title.
