Russia uses a ‘new type’ of missile against Ukraine: What we know • FRANCE 24 English

There have been varying reports about what kind of missile hit the central Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Thursday. Initially, Ukraine claimed that Russia used an intercontinental ballistic missile, which would have been a clear sign of escalation from Moscow. These claims were quickly disputed by the US and later Russia, who says it fired a “new type” of conventional intermediate range missile. We explain in this edition of Truth or Fake.

  1. The Ukrainians could probably have increased the speed of the captured video to claim that this could only be an ICBM by Russia

  2. Its fake. Carry on France with your propaganda. By the rate matters are progressing very soon Paris will be next then you will know its true or fake. Level of hypocrisy these whites play are so dumb.

  3. «Ukraine denuclearized removing its number one deterrent voluntarily in exchange for guarantees by Russia the United States and United Kingdom of sovereign borders and Independence Ukraine lived up to its commitments. The guarantors have shamefully failed to defend territor tal Integrity of Ukraine.»

Joe Wilson the Chair of the U.S. Helsinki Commission on Security

  4. Don't cry US and their foooolish followers uk, french, Germany allowing thier weapons to test by Ukrainians as fantasy without knowing even the consequences which is full of ignorance, surprises by biggest nuclear force on earth

  5. Of course not, it was secret ukrainian missiles that took off from underground and bombed the Russian base on the Moon. That's what they will say.🤣🤣🤣

  6. Putin said, "Secretary Baker promised that NATO would not expand even an inch eastward." However, Gorbachev himself, who met with Secretary Baker on February 9, 1990, stated in Russia Beyond the Headlines (Russian English-language media) on October 16, 2014, "The issue of NATO expansion itself was not raised at that meeting. Putin's story is a fabrication. I can state this with confidence." At that time, Gorbachev's Soviet Union, which promoted democratization, was no longer the enemy of the Western countries, but was expected to adopt democracy and become their ally or partner. There was no need to make such a promise in such a political situation.

  7. Both parties claimed there is notification before firing and yet, the comedian Z claimed it was ICBM not IRBM or short range. It's obvious Z wanted the west to always get involved like the S300 misfired inside poland.

  8. It's obvious that you don't need an ICBM to do an IRBMs job and the difference in nomenclature is merely to specify distances not the capability of the missiles .
It was a ballistic missile carrying multiple conventional warheads on a hypersonic glide vehicle in a MIRV arrangement .
It was a very explicit warning and a very public demonstration of capabilities .
Nobody is going to fight a nuclear war for nobody else.
Britain should understand its existential vulnerability , a chit of a third tier country that it is and refrain from believing that its lapdog status means anything to anyone with real capabilities .
    LoL …
