  1. Today is my 10th cake day on Reddit (fuckin’ hell). This has been an odd trigger of some existential anxiety, but nothing too bad thankfully. 10 years has somehow been instant and an eternity.

    I’m currently up late because I’ve discovered *Balatro*, and now I’ll sleep when I’m dead so I don’t have to stop playing.

  2. Just came back from A&E after a 3h wait with my 10m old baby and had to stop at Maccas… Last time I had one I was in hospital after giving birth.

  3. Turns out my existential meltdown was just a migraine prodrome. We’re back to usual programming (albeit at the tail end of a migraine). Playing Thank Goodness You’re Here on Switch, listening to shitty YouTube drama.

    In other news, my colonoscopy got cancelled. Yay? Oh no? 🤷

  4. Had a really good day today. Didn’t give myself time to wallow at all, got loads done, and I have just watched Wigan win a rugby league match played in Las Vegas. Bit late for a Super League match, and a long way from the terraces I used to watch Wigan play rugby from, but definitely a great way to spend a Saturday night.

  5. Honestly, not sure how I feel. Might be single… again.

    Divorced couple of years back, met this lass about a year ago and things have been going great. I’ve just got back from a trip away with the RAF, not my first trip away since being with her, and it’s just been odd since I got back last week. Like, she’ll admit she’s got issues and she’s working through them, says I’m a great help too, but…snaps at the slightest thing I do wrong?

    Usually stay at hers on a weekend, but back at mine now. I’m almost not bothered, I mean the whole “jesus fuck, I’m over 40 now, who’s gonna date me” thoughts are there. My biggest draw back is my kid loves meeting up with hers when I’ve got her.

    Think I need the Sunday dust to settle.

    So fuck it gone hungry tonight it’ll be good for me to lose a bit of weight tbh 😀

  7. Haven’t had a late night in a long time so why not.  

    My 14yr old is over in Poland visiting her grandparents and she found my old PSP that I lost in 2006. It’s older than her.  
      

    I wonder if my saves still work.. 

  8. ITCHY SOO ITCHY fucking bloody eczema.

    In today’s instalment of my body is a fucking cunt i have an eczema flare up in all fucking places my cleavage. Honestly detachable boobs sound incredible right now. Also i am aware my health issues arent that bad and the world is basically falling apart but for me right now its doing my head in so its my own little issue in the grand scheme of life and quite frankly iv been through my own personal hell so ITCHY isnt that bad for me really still doesnt make it any better plus dogs fucked off to the floor meaning no more scratching him to distract myself.

    Okay tiny positive i got a tiny blue dinosaur out my bath bomb which makes me happy.

  9. It’s below freezing again and hasn’t felt this cold since January. Not a clue what the weather thinks it’s playing at.

The hubby realised our daughter is returning from uni in less than three weeks and her room is full of my stuff so we are definitely putting in some skirting boards to the room everything is going into tomorrow as we have only three weekend days until then as the weekend before she comes home we’re off for a long weekend in Paris.

  11. Plenty of adulting today. Cleaned under the fridge and mopped the kitchen and entryway. 

    Then went to my grandmas for dinner. Got ambushed by the niece and nephew. 

    I got a few puzzle boxes in 2020/2021 and there were a couple I never did. So did one of those once I got home tonight. 

    Thinking float session tomorrow (well today now…).
