    The issue is these out of touch oligarchs with too much eye-liner and bronzer to understand what a true leader actually looks like.

    That interview will forever live in infamy as a stain on American political leadership

  3. Honest and good American people know what happened today and they will not forget it, if I had been there I would have embraced Zelensky because he is a man who risked and risks everything and did not deserve an ambush! May shame drag Trump.into the mire from which he was born

  14. We need a party to run a parallel presidency. Seriously, like Pete Buttigieg should schedule a press conference with Zelenskyy and then get democrats in Congress to introduce counter MAGA legislation. How else can we stop the takeover of our nation?

    Alas, it is a near certainty that DOGE, re Trump, is going to kill off National Public Radio and the Public Broadcasting Service. Too liberal, too factual, too high-brow for the Cult of Leader. MAGA/GOP has wanted this done for years and has continually cut back funding when they were/are in control of Congress. The deep-sixing of PBS will assuredly leave room on the radio dial for more redneck, shit-kicking C and W “music”, soon to be the focus of Kennedy Center performances.

  26. That Oval Office ambush is a sort of rorschach test for human decency. A decent person watching it would have empathy for Zelensky. Those who side with Trump qnd Vance have a great deficit in their humanity.

  28. I have a friend who is Ukrainian and lives there. I sent him a message yesterday in tears telling him how embarrassed I was after that meeting. Embarrassed and ashamed. As a person who love this country more than most, this is a tough feeling for me. As soon as we value money more than lives, we have made a terrible mistake. We are so blinded by money we have forgotten our way.
