Foreign criminals to be deported quicker to free up space in overcrowded prisons

3. I suppose a dumb question is, what is delaying foreign criminals being deported in the first place?

4. It’s good in theory but they will still have to go through the hoops of handling the inevitable asylum and human rights based claims. 

5. But, but, but they would feel hurt and they say that being sent back to their home country would be bad, so we need to release them from prison, give them a free apartment, and a large pension forever. Otherwise, you are racist

   The problem with this is that people absolutely cannot be trusted to do this in a reasonable and competent way. It will lead to police putting vast amount of work into putting away the most dangerous members of organised crime, only for some bureaucrat to send them places where they can immediately buy their freedom, and go back to orchestrating chaos on our streets.
