I never understood what why is bad to be right-wing?
Isn’t it because they adopted policies from the Danish right-wing, thus becoming more centrist? Specifically regarding restricting immigration.
TLDR: In the most recent election cycles in Europe and North America, there is arguably not a single high-income country where a center-left party has managed to enact progressive policies and win re-election — with the exception of Denmark. What are they doing differently?
Unlike other European parties, they addressed their immigration problem.
Their far right party collapsed cause of it.
Every right wing party rises to power on the basis of uncontrolled igration. Denmark has very strong anti- migration policies.
I’m just begging the government’s of Europe to just accept that mass migration isn’t entirely without its problems. When we can begin to have honest and frank discussions regarding how to integrate large groups of non-native people can we begin to move forward as societies again.
