Found these kind of bug constantly on my bed once a week. Is this bed bug? Or some kind of outdoor insect. Since I moved out a couple of months ago, I have been sleeping on the floor with a mattress .I haven’t been bitten or have any rash. Should I be worried?

It means you probably need to clean up. No idea what it is, looks like a cockroach.
I can’t tell you what it is but unfortunately I had a few encounters with bed bugs in the past and this is definitely not one. Bed bugs are more round and flat. (compared to the insect in the picture) The colour is a bit different and you wouldn’t be able to see as many details with a regular camera since they are really tiny.
You could download the app ObsIdentify to identify the species. It’s part of an international project and works fairly well.
Harmless bug
Looks like this guy to me: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhyparochromus_vulgaris?useskin=vector
It doesn’t look like a bedbug or a cockroach to me. I’d say it’s a firebug
Maybe this one? [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arocatus_longiceps](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arocatus_longiceps)
Looks like some kind of Cockroach, if you are lucky its a Bernstein-Waldschabe, which lives outside and is completely harmless, they often can come inside houses but are not storage-pests and die in houses after a few days.
If its any other kind of Cockroaches you might wanna call Professional exterminators.
I thought it may be a stinkwanzen. We had a big problem with them in Freiburg some years back. Have you found any with wider rounder bodies?
Google suggests these:

Looks like an elm seed bug (what we call them in Canada). They’re native to Europe.
Arocatus melanocephalus

bedbug, you‘re infested! rub yourself in hydrochloric acid to prevent them from walking on you during the night!
That’s just Herbert. Don’t worry about him.
