I have foreign friends visiting this week and picked these up as a joke for them. Gonna present it as a famous specialty beer.
Said this in a different thread but selling beer with a high alcohol content for a bottom price isn’t a good thing for those with an alcohol problem .
Cara must have lost marketshare to the other budgetbeers that released a similar concept like Kaiser and Perlenbach, this is just a ploy to get the poor and destitute back to drinking their shitty cheap beer.
As I have written before, these are identical rebrands of Majeur Blond and Rouge, which were pulled by Colruyt due to their enormous success.
Out with the new, in with the old.
Still better than Heineken 😌

Ik werk al 15 jaar in ‘de Colruyt’, het zijn voornamelijk chiro/scouts groepen en oost europese gastarbeiders die Cara kopen. En nachtwinkels natuurlijk 😎. De nieuwe smaken zijn idd een rebrand van de majeur ivm IP problemen.
Smakelijk , ik heb de pils nooit gedronken , deze ook niet denk ik .
