We might bring you rations that expired in seven years ago to eat, and if you’re really lucky, we’ll move you to a re-education camp where you can learn to be a good little Russian robot 1,000km from your loved ones. If you’re a child, you can skip the camp as you’ll be placed with a new Russian family and be indoctrinated into the Russian lifestyle. You’ll practice your h3il Putin salute every night before bed.

   In other news, did you hear about those wonderfully kindhearted Dublin teenagers who gave some paracetamol to an elderly man after beating and stabbing him and stealing his wallet? Truly a feel-good story that gives you hope for humanity!

8. To be fair, whatever about this, RTÉ’s coverage has been appalling.

   No correspondents on the ground, taking the word of one combatant as gospel(despite the fact it has been caught blatantly lying daily) while dismissing anything from the other side as propaganda, repeating claims that were debunked by independent journalists (the bombing of a holocaust memorial fake story, the Snake Island fake story, the Ghost of Kyiv fake story…) ignoring the 8 year conflict in Donbas that led to the invasion, ignoring the fact many Ukrainians are pro-Russia, ignoring the Ukrainian targeting of minorities, ignoring Ukrainian shelling of civilian areas with ballistic missiles and cluster munitions…

9. Did they show the bitch of a Russian woman who blocked the people of Mariupol from getting said aid?
