  1. I think Trump and Vance might have really fucked up here. For their economic tactics to work and not crash the US economy they can’t place tariffs on the whole world at once and yet if they sour relations with everyone that’s what will end up happening and they picked the one issue that galvanises a huge part of the world economy against them.

Then they’ve managed to revive the European defence industry, Lockheed Martin won’t like that. It’s pretty clear that Trump has fallen in with the weird pro-Russia conspiracy theorists like Vance rather than the more level heads like Rubio and the US will suffer by losing all its global influence.

  2. No shit. Cut out all US influence. They have been a blight on Europe’s development for years

  3. One of the things that American have failed to understand is that culturally speaking, the US is losing its relevancy. When I was younger, all we ever heard about was American music. American films. American Tv. Drinks. Snacks, you name it,

But younger generations now are more interested in Korea/Japan and the eastern cultures. You just need to see the domination of K-pop, Korean dramas, k-beauty etc to see that’s where younger generations are leaning towards. So as that gains momentum, the cultural relevancy of the US decreases.

I think right now, Trump and Vance are so shortsighted that they don’t understand the long term ramifications of what they’ve done. No country is ever going to look to the US for support ever again. When (not if) Putin turns on Trump, the world won’t be quick to react and support. Trump wants to put America first – that’s fine, but isolationism won’t work long-term. What he’s done to sour international relationships in mere weeks will take decades to recover from – if at all.

  4. Just lift it and ram it down trumpet’ shit filled throat.

  5. Starmer now acting like Blair, even blabbing out ‘Coalition of the willing’. Look who’s behind this:

    Trudeau – Hated in Canada

    Macron – Hated in France

Starmer – Hated in the UK

We don’t have the money or resources to send UK Troops to Ukraine and its got nothing to do with us. Ukraine isn’t in NATO.

The UK public will not back this after Labours disastrous foreign interventions in Iraq/Afghanistan.

Thankfully I’m sure the USA will kick this plan into the long grass

  6. Give Ukraine cobalt 60 salted high yield nuclear warheads

  7. Meanwhile Russian stooge Laura Kuenssberg asking Zelensky if he’s going to give up land to Putin and express regret (ie apologise) to Trump. Every time you ask a question like that you legitimise the viewpoint. Why can’t she just open a cake shop or something and give us all break.

  8. Got to say felt quite proud to be British listening to Starmer. I’ve not been too keen on him since the election, but he showed great leadership skills in this!

Can you imagine BoJo or Sunak, or even Braverman having the diplomatic skills to navigate this,
simultaneously bringing the EU together, getting on with Trump, Zelenskyy and putting the UK in the lead position. No chance!

    Very impressed!

  9. No thanks not spending billions of my money on a lost war for this sycophant’s ego.

  10. Why should the British soldiers police a peace deal when it’ll be American companies profiting from the mineral deal?

  11. Eggs area out to get even more expensive aren’t they

  12. Labour wanting more war. It’s Iraq all over agin and will cost them power at next GE.
