  4. 140 million unified people vs 500 million completely disorganized people and 300 million ambivalent people. All of that makes a huge difference.

I’m not at all with trump, nothing is more disgusting than turning against your allies, but europe does not need to take this sh**. 500 million people can easily field a 1000 000 men army. We need no more. Our own politicians contributed to this situation. I hope this time around they have really woken up and just get to it.

  20. Russia does have much more of impoverished and uneducated population willing to die in wars for peanuts or just for imperialistic ideology, so they have advantage there

  22. I understand the point he’s trying to make. Morale is key right now.

    But, degree of militarisation is important, not population sizes. For example, 10 Million Israelis are invincible in front of 150 Million Arabs next door.

  26. Russia is sending crippled soldiers to the front. It would be awhile before they could launch anything against another country with a formidable military. NATO can still exist without the US and with Canada.

  27. The stupidest thing I heard today was Marco Rubio’s reasoning for America’s complete capitulation to Putin: “It’s a huge country and it’s on a complete war footing.” Yes, Marco. It is a huge country with an economy much smaller than the US, and even on complete war footing, Ukraine has been holding them off with the equivalent of the coins under America’s couch cushions and old hand me down weapons. Just despicable.
