Rubio knows exactly what it meant for the United States and whole NATO alliance, but he still chose to suck up to Trump later that day (on twitter). Yeah… a bunch of these republicans clearly know better. Rubio and Graham chief among them. They’ve made a calculation that its better for them to keep their jobs by placating Trump because their replacements would be worse. However, in placating Trump, they’re just as bad as the fools that would seek to replace them.
They’re neutered men and you can see it on their faces. Their job titles are more important than anything else to them. More than their morals, more than their country, more than their religion, more than anything.
Rubio dreams of being president. In 2016 he thought a George W Bush route was the way to go. Now he thinks its a Trump path. Nobody respects him at all.
