This is one of those things that is just so obvious that you kind of assume it was already law.
If it wasn’t, then it’s a very good thing that the problem has been solved

It’s behind a paywall so I can’t read full article.
How is this proposed to work in real terms? I can’t imagine it’s a conversation many would be comfortable having with their manager for example.
Do you just inform HR instead?
Are there limits?
How does it work?
Is it claimed back in nat calcs?
Does it have to have the same form etc from GP?
I know when I had early stage miscarriages, unless you require a DNC my GP advised to give it 6mth for your cycle to resume stability.
