I’m glad you like roundabouts! Every 4 years we have council elections and it is a nacional tradition to preced the elections by making new roundabouts in each council. According to projections by 2068 about 78% of our roads will be roundabouts.
Good video, but the thing a lot of foreigners don’t know or don’t mention is that yes it’s a very cheap way of life over here, but the Portuguese people are really underpaid, you guys can live but unfortunately most of us survive, that’s why we also have a lot of Portuguese immigrants in the world.

No doubt being a pleasant looking young woman helps Portuguese be more polite and helpful to her. That tends to help everywhere, really.

While I don’t agree with some stuff you stated, I’m happy you’re setting in. Specially for rent prices, for our median salary it isn’t cheap at all.
Also, hope you’re not receiving bad comments due Ukraine-Russian war. Russian people aren’t at fault and all are welcome. It’s an war made by politicians, not by the people.
Hope you enjoy your stay, and as a guy who loves to discover cultures, hope you do something similar of your country where you believe portuguese people can like/struggle.

Ainda ontem discuti com uma senhora quando ela foi para sentido contrário com o intuito de me ultrapassar numa curva em situação de trânsito compacto!
Bloqueou me completamente a passagem, e depois começou a fazer marcha atrás quase que batia, ficou literalmente a uns 5cm d meu para-choques.
Eu até tive de sair do carro pois as pessoas que estavam no passeio começaram a dizer “já vai ter de pagar”
Mas olhem que a senhora foi se embora cheia de razão…
