TIL the RSF is now considered a rebel faction fighting against Sudan’s regular army for control of the country, particularly in Khartoum, Darfur, and other strategic regions. The conflict has led to mass displacement, war crimes allegations, and worsening instability in Sudan.
It’s a terrible way to die, but holy fuck they probably deserved it.
