Pic 3 – Rear of the two top hatches open, so assuming that’s the commander who’s remains are hanging out the top there? I’m guessing it started to roll and he either tried to get out as it was going over and was crushed, or his hatch wasn’t secure and as it went over, he fell out the top – which explains how his brains ended up on top of the turret
