    There are people in Washington who explicitly want Russia to destroy Ukraine. We’re not talking ‘conquer’ because that would just mean surrender. Literally destroy the country.

    There is doubt Putin is even alive any more. The upper echleon of Russia is effectively working on an RNG, with the occasional windowcide. Russia is a train wreck.
