  1. Yup. The Medicaid remark was perfect and the optics of having a 77 year old man with a cane get escorted out by the Man-At-Arms was his extra credit work

  3. It’s time for a change in leadership within the Democratic party. What did they gain from anything last night? Why did they show up? Why did they sit there quietly? Who did they sway with their little paddles and pink dresses?

    Every Democrat who sat through that whole thing providing Trump a target rich environment for his lies and insults damaged the party and let down the people who put their trust in them to stand up for Americans.

    Every single Republican understood their job last night. Only Al Green understood his job on the Democrats side.

That’s the kind of energy the Republicans bring to Congress and the White House every day and we’re so used to it from them that we don’t bat an eye, and they get away with their bullshit. If we had an entire party of Al Greens acting how he did, we likely wouldn’t be in this mess.

They are all so comfortable in their positions of power that they aren’t willing to do anything to fight for the country that they claim to love so much.   23. This was a perfect opportunity for all democrats to disrupt the event to prevent trump from talking. It’s not normal so don’t normalize it. Use your power. They can’t arrest half of congress. They could have made trump feel scared

  24. They should have done it 50 more times… one at a time, and delayed him for hours till he pooped his pants, like he always does. Even his voice getting tired at the end, because he can’t drink a glass of water without looking feeble.

  32. Truly a shame that more Democrats didn’t follow his lead. When he was removed, another one should’ve stood up and spoke, and another and another and another until all were removed from the chamber. Holding up signs and dressing in pink had zero effect. AOC didn’t even bother to attend and virtually everyone knows she likes a good give and take against Trump and Republicans. She should have been there. Democratic Party still shows no signs of a visible spine and that is a very bad sign for supporters looking to try and grab back Congressional majority in 2026.

  33. Really wish Dems had coordinated to disrupt the whole speech. Al Green coulda kicked it off. He stood and disrupted the speech and was escorted out. Then the next Dem could stand and do the same. One by one, they could’ve stood up and spoken truth to power. They could’ve called out his lies and hypocrisy. People would’ve cheered. Instead they all sat and held up signs.
