What did DHL write about the letter being resent?

Hi guys,

I need help decoding why this letter was resent. This is the second time that they had returned it back to me. I needed it to reach my ex-landlord at least about a month ago but it's quite frustrating to have it returning back each time. Can anyone help me decode what is written here?
