2. Texas produces far more electricity than any other state, generating as much as the 2nd and 3rd place states combined. So, even their moderate 35% renewables means they have a massive amount of TWh in absolute terms.

3. Classic woke states wasting taxpayer money on useless boondoggle!

4. Like most Republican states, Texas believes in an all of the above energy solution. As long as the electricity prices aren’t affected solar and wind can make sense.
