Almost everybody puts on some amount of makeup before going on camera. I’m pretty sure every president has, not just Trump.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Zelenskyy didn’t for the same reason he doesn’t dress in fancy suits. It’s not the time to care about those kinds of things. And a normal president would have understood that and respected that. But this is Trump and doesn’t respect morals or integrity.
