And soon another indexation and then companies will need to increase prices again to keep labour costs payable….
Feels like the 70’s
To the moon!🚀🚀🚀 lets go!
Apes together strong.
Wrong sub?
No worries, we’ll have a 1% adjustment to our salary fuck knows when.
At this rate we will exceed the spilindex 4-6 times per year? everythingisfine.jpg
I’m not sure why the mods added 5,9% in the title, that’s the EU average.
My paycheck needs to go up 20% to be able to live. I live in a dump and I got no money for renovations like this. 2 years ago i was up for it. Not anymore i’m not…
Anyone with an advice on the direction on the prices of home? Does that mean the prices will explode, stagnate or decrease?
I’m saving for one.. but I’m also starting to have some doubts on this project
My energy bill for the first three months is already higher than for the entire 2021 combined. And last year’s number already included a very hefty final bill. This is getting insane!
At the start of corona I got my loan at 1.2% for the house and 0.5% for my car.
I am happy, mortgage is getting easier to pay of and my stock/crypto have risen last two years.
My solar panels also pay off their worth in only a few years now.
I only regret not placing a few more.
what the frick not only that but i expect much more lay offs too jeez
Average house price Belgium: €280000
Given these numbers, it will rise by €27000 per year if nothing is done about this issue in the future.
More than 50% of the houses earned more than me over the past year by just existing…
We are so fucked
Lol my job requires me to return to the office daily and I can’t even afford the increased fuel prices…
