5. I don’t know much about cryptos, so pardon my ignorant comment – isn’t the whole point of cryptos to be decentralized? Wouldn’t this effectively mark the beginning of the centralization of the major cryptocurrency/ies?

   If so, no wonder all is tanking..

7. I believe they are just classifying the BTC they already have, from civil asset forfeiture, into this “reserve”.

   Not sure they are actually buying more yet.

   If they did, it would be the equivalent of buying Beanie Babies with a credit card.

   It’s near its all time high and about at the end of its typical bull cycle. Not to mention with more economic indicators showing a recession coming, people will sell all liquid assets when things get difficult financially.

   It’s going to drop and by a lot.
