A guy from swk came to my doorstep today… I did not sign anything. He noted down my name, number, email and date of birth… And also some number from my old contract…. And I got the pdf of what he wrote…. My bank details are not in there and nor have I signed…. I don't want to take it… I didn't know what to do, so gave my name. It says in the email that the offer is valid for 7 days. Like maybe I can sign it in 7 days.
Should I have to cancel it or will it automatically be cancelled as I didn't sign or give bank details??
I'm a student in germany…. I don't know anything about this. Please do help. I'm kind of spiralling

Just don’t sign it and nothing will happen. You have seven days to sign if you want to have the contract, but so far there is no contract
