I used google image translator which produced “There is malice/hate for everyone, love is not enough!” And I found it pretty comical so I got it. I imagine there is a more nuanced or contextual translation though so I’m curious to know exactly what the intent is with it.

Nah, your translation is correct. It’s one of them positive messages, to inspire people not to be haters and love more.
Hate is abundant, love is scarce
That’s a pretty good translation by google there . I personally would translate it as – There is enough malice out there for everyone , It’s love that is in short supply .
