  1. This article is basically a summary of differing opinions on the existence of a cost-shift between solar and non-solar customers. The author would seem to side with the folks against the cost-shift theory, but there is little if any meat in here to support either side. Basically a list of industry folks who disagree. What’s the take away?

  2. At this point with an excess of daytime solar production in CA, IMO you should only get subsidies if you also install a home battery.

    Otherwise you’re not really alleviating the need for new generation capacity.
