Why would you rush home when someone dies? They’re already dead. What are you going to do, resurrect them? Even Jesus was in no rush to resurrect Lazarus. Pretty sure he went for a pint first before he called in. At least you can do something about the immersion, no stories in the bible about Jesus sorting out a massive electricity bill though, is there!
