  1. Paprikash is porkolt, with sour cream and flour in it, so it is rather porkolt. But since everybody except hungarian peolple call it goulash, I would accept it. We also can differentiate between goulash and gulyás, the pronunciation is also very different.

  4. that looks like some bougie shit a restaurant around the balaton would sell to foreigners at a 300% markup cuz they have no idea what gulyás is meant to look like.
