The BBC has refused to reveal how many FOI requests it has submitted to the Scottish Govt since 2015 because the cost of answering would exceed £450.

1. Sadly that’s probably right unless all requests were may be email or something similar

2. Imagine journalists doing journalism. In an independent Scotland that would be banned.

4. A simple tactic to get around this is to submit multiple FOI’s asking per year, if that fails then per 6 month period
