I understand it’s a trade off but I’ve always preferred to tap to activate white light rather than keep it on constantly. Yes it may blind people but you’re outright giving away your general direction for anyone to fire at to know you’re coming.
That Russian was concussed apparently from a grenade had he any sense and ability to think and been armed he would have or should have won that fight with the soldier telegraphing so hard.

I totally get it’s part of war and absolutely necessary, I watched this twice and immediately the guys head exploding burnt a memory and I can still see it right now.
No big deal, I’ll get on with life, but my mind also went to wondering what these soldiers see at night in their own minds when the fighting is done. Fucking grim for those that won’t be able to compartmentalize some thoughts and visions.
