5. The media is complacent because they know fear and panic, combined with anything Drumpf, gives them mega (maga) ratings and profit.

   No, they don’t want to help shine a light on corruption. They want to milk our fears for more money and less regulation (until they get identified as the enemy and help usher in their own demise in the inevitable ironic twist).
