1. The war in short:
   -Chess Players = USA vs Russia.
   -Chess Pieces = European leaders+Zelensky.
   -Chess Board = Ukraine.
   When the Players USA and Russia started a peace talk, the Chess Pieces were sidelined. The outcome out of the talk:
   -Land goes to Russia
   -Resources go to the USA
   -Debt goes to Ukraine
   -Confusion goes to Europe

2. Elensky has his hands tied right now. He can't even say the truth to Trump. Trump is blaming him. But the truth is that America started this war by provoking Russia. It started back in 2008 when NATO started quietly to arm Ukraine. Then in 2014 the US supported an undemocratic coup (Maidan coup/protest) that overthrew the elected government of Ukraine. The US didn't hide their support. Victoria Nuland and John McCain were there egging on the protesters. All of this was done to force Ukraine to be a proxy in future aggression against Russia. The Neocons have dreamed of breaking apart Russia and getting their slimy hands on all of those natural resources. China and Russia are not a threat to the "free world." It's the expansion of the American Empire and their vassals (EU, Canada, NATO, etc.) that are a threat to the world. Because Trump is so open and rude in his version of imperialism, the true nature of the American Empire is being exposed. Trump made an absolutely stupid move by sending Javelins to Ukraine and canceling missile treaties with Russia in his first administration. Biden doubled down on stupidity by thinking he could militarily and economically escalate against Russia. He was proven wrong. Trump is right about ending this war and excepting reality. But he needs to admit his own blame and stupidity as well.

3. I’m an American and this seemed like a set up. The Americans never were going to “make a deal”. Russia is applauding this and I’d suspect this was by Russian design.

Trump says NO, you have to first send in your own children and your own money to defend yourselves before America will help you. That is the true story behind everything.

Didn't matter if you don't like Trump, you don't walk into the Oval Office and make demands like that. Ukraine should not get one more US taxpayer dollar, let the European war mongers fund this moving forward.

23. I missed the first part so I found a longer cut. It looks like it was supposed to be a typical joint president press meeting, but Zelensky started bringing up how he wasn't satisfied with some deals, in front of the press, and it turned into an argument. My take is no one was supposed make any surprises except behind closed doors (as JD Vance implied near the beginning) because you have a better show of unity that way. Marco Rubio says Zelensky was being difficult to deal with. Trump and Zelensky are both correct, Ukraine needs US help. So he shouldn't in any way be ticking off Trump, even if he doesn't like him. I'm sure Putin knows he's getting a better deal now. Shut up Zelensky, for the good of your people, Trump now thinks he can deal easier with Putin who will not be offering any mineral rights.

27. Trump is 100% correct. Good on him. Zelensky should be appreciative of all that the Americans are doing for his country. He has nothing so he should keep his mouth shut and let the adults do the talking. He has become an embarrassment in front of the whole world. Perhaps he should go back to acting and let someone else run the country. And like that reporter said, wear a suit for once in your life, especially on such an important occasion

    Zelensky’s visit wasn’t just about seeking reassurance—it was about negotiating concrete support. He likely aimed to secure commitments for military aid, including equipment for several brigades, soldier training in Europe, and possibly pilot training. As for funding, one viable option could be using the $300 billion in frozen Russian assets. With such support in place, Zelensky could be willing to sign a "Mineral Deal" to formalize deeper ties with the U.S.

    A mineral deal alone isn’t a panacea—it’s part of a broader strategy.

    Zelensky has repeatedly stated this in interviews, during visits to foreign nations, and in press conferences with foreign delegations.
