Hei all, I recently went to Tromsø where I had the best holiday. I picked up lots of foods, fell in love with lefse and whale salami. I also got this pack of 3 for which I don't know exact contents. Because of the wrinkles it is hard to translate the small text of the ingredients.

Does anyone recognise these and know what they are? Elk. Something with garlic(?) And the red one has a picture of a bunch of grapes?

Please and thanks from Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

  1. From left to right:
Elk-sausage – Garlic sausage – Red Wine Sausage

More or less the holy trinity of cured sausages in norway.
Bring out your whittle knife and start snacking.

These are commonly sold at markets all over norway.

  2. Left to right: Elgpølse – Elk sausage, Hvitløk- Garlic, Rødvinspølse – Red wine sausage.

edit: right to left-> left to right.

  3. The brown one, moose / elk (the Norwegian möse that can mix concrete) and also with blueberry. It is my daughter’s favourite when outdoors. Enjoy!

  4. My man having the trinity of sausages.
All of them good for snacking, breakfast, dinner.

For you OP, I worked for the people who sell these last christmas season, we had to argue for 2 months to recive our paychecks, and they didnt even give us the full amount. While it is tasty, I dont recommend supporting their shady ass shops. Buy nice salami at anything that isnt a pop-up.

  6. ahh man that a big tasty salami you got there. il be having garlic breath for weeks

  7. Dunno, TSA took mine in Detroit. Can’t have shit in Detroit
