Triple Olympic champion and 14-time world record holder Adam Peaty alongside his world class team will host an exclusive clinic at the Cottonera Sports Complex on July 5.

The clinic is being organized by AP Race, which was founded by Peaty and former training partner Ed Baxter, and is a global brand dedicated to providing swimmers with world-class coaching and resources.

The clinic offers young swimmers an extremely unique opportunity to strengthen their skills under the direction of one of the sport’s most accomplished athletes and his handpicked team.

Participants will engage in an extensive program designed to enhance their performance and become better than yesterday.

The team will be supporting each swimmer through this full-day experience, whether that’s in the pool or on land.

Every participant will not only get to hear about Adams’ unique journey and how he continues to navigate his decade-long rollercoaster of elite sport, but will also get an insight from his personal multidisciplinary team that will open your eyes to the village it takes to build a champion.

The clinic will run from 7.15am to 4.30pm and is open to swimmers aged 8 to 17 years.

The day’s schedule will incorporate three stations.

The Swim Station will see Adam Peaty lead a breaststroke technique session, sharing insights that have established him as the most dominant breaststroke swimmer in history.

The Strength and Conditioning Station will focus on breaststroke-specific exercises, highlighting the significance of land-based training in a swimmer’s regime.

Lastly, the Psychology Station will be led by performance psychologist Tom Bates, this session will delve into the mental aspects of transitioning from good to great, providing swimmers with strategies to enhance their competitive mindset.
