Fun fact: this has been possible for like 5 years in the US with Apple wallet and Google wallet. They both support digital ID and driver licences in multiple US states and every government agency like TSA recognises them.

This has been around in Poland for several years already. You get all your official documents (ID, driver’s license etc) in one app called mObywatel (mCitizen). Works really well.
Ik gebruik nu ook al overal waar het kan ItsMe, dus ja graag nog gemakkelijker maken/verder standaardiseren.

So will that also have PUK codes that you need to activate the card?
Sure… why not give up more onto US controlled devices.

Ik leg liever niet al mijn eieren in één mand. Zeker niet als die mand niet meer open gaat als er geen stroom is.
