Desperately waiting for Putler to get Cheetolini to bail them out.
Good.
This would be a great time for a counter attack if it wasn’t for the weather, the absurd amount of mines, and the fact that the US is planting ever more knives in Ukraine’s back
Riiiiiiiight
Well i guess they threw 80% of their conscriptovitjes from the Eastern front to Kursk instead. They probably see recapturing Kursk from the Ukrainians as a bigger propaganda win than any progress in Ukraine, wich is good. Rather they grind the meat on russian soil than on Ukrainian.
Hopefully this war drags on a little longer, Russia must be so close to collapse. When their army and banks collapse Ukraine can just get back to the 2014 borders.
Russia is focussing on Kursk currently, the situation there doesn’t look good. The Russians made several advances the last couple of days.
Which makes agent Krasnov’s actions more clear.
If Ukraine can’t win back its stolen territory then they should just cover it with dirty bombs then hand Putin the keys.
They are depleted for sure but just not enough yet. They switched from APCs to motorcycles and from trained soldiers to NK troops in the course of this war. But they are still able to send bombers, they still have men operating drones and so on.
All calculations direct to the next winter for Russia to really be exhausted in so many ways that they can’t stand the ground they occupied anymore. Until then Ukraine needs to find ways to plough through the minefields and to not get targeted by trump on a second front.
Putin did the world one big favour though. Russian military doctrine was always based on power by masses. They say they have a ridiculous amount of tanks, APCs, planes and what not that they are ready to send against any enemy. Not mentioning of course that it’s equipment that’s been rotting there since the end of the Korean war. Now this is gone. They’ll need decades and tons of money to rebuild that stockpile. If China or Mongolia or Kazakhstan decided to take Siberia now, Russia would not have anything to counter that except for nukes. So thanks Putin for exposing Russia to now minimal threats by burning through those Soviet stockpiles.
I think what has really happened is they diverted all resources onto Kursk – hence the current situation, they are hoping current eastern positions can hold whilst Ukraine is busy supporting/holding or withdrawing from Kursk and wont push on other fronts.
Depending what resources Ukrainians have they will either have reprieve on those fronts or – if they can they will push to take advantage of what’s happening in Kursk.
