  1. That means you guys have an idea how to write your own software to circumvent it, and not that you are just talking out of your asses right? Right?

  2. Can you only fly one if it has a wifi connection to call home?

  3. Too much trust on country should be lesson for whole world

  4. This has vibes of “Don’t worry, Trump won’t abandon Ukraine”.

  5. Lol our leaders are delusional. Even after all that happened, when the US calls we’ll bark like a dog for them.

  6. Why are they lying to us? It has already been said the plane has to be connected continuously while it’s being operated and you have to unlock it before flying. Also they need to be updated frequently

  7. Yeah okay, but they could still randomly withhold spare parts and software updates, and that by itself is prohibitive when dealing with an unfriendly regime.

  8. Hahah no way that’s true, you can’t even drive a john deer tractor or a Tesla if they decide to block it remotely, you can be very sure they have a similar system in their jets.

Same goes for every US based software, US can block windows, macs remotely crippling every infrastructure.

  9. Kill switch or not. ALIS / ODIN logistical system makes it so country have no / bare minimum spare parts, and all the parts are sent just in time.

In the US, 17% of the F35’s are ‘Not Capable to fly because of parts… and 1000 of the 50.000 parts on an F35 need to be monitored with “remaining service life” in hours.

So if the orange dictator wakes up in a bad mood, he can order a hold on supply parts.
And those F35’s will be turning into expensive paperweights even without a killswitch!

And he already did it with the F16’s that Ukraine is currently flying! Some weapons & Electronic counter measures no longer work, because he got offended by what Zelenskyy was wearing!!!

  10. How to make sure nobody ever buys anything from you again
