Let us not forget that this is happening in the EU. The EU is OK with this, otherwise it would have acted. But the EU does not act.

It’s not regressing at all.
EU law bans abortion based on when the fetus is viable for life. Usually this is 20 weeks. Only in U.S (New York), Vietnam or China can you have an abortion without any restrictions.
