  1. Article states russia’s 4 point ‘peace plan’ consists of:

    1. Terminating Western military support

    2. Recognizing russian-controlled territories

    3. Reinstating the prominence of russian culture, language and church

    4. Returning to Istanbul Agreement terms

My response: NEVER NEVER NEVER. Zelensky will never agree to these points, and even if he tried, he would be removed by his own military.

  2. Maybe Trump has agreed to Putin’s terms. But Europe and Ukraine do not have to agree to Putin’s terms.

I hope Europe helps Ukraine to stay in the fight. I wish the US could help, but the country is now ruled by traitors to democracy ( Elon and Trump).

  3. It would not surprise me in the slightest if Trump were completely aligned with Putin on this matter, but I don’t think he’s going to be relevant to the conflict anymore. He’s written himself out of the matter.

It’s unfortunate that he’s withdrawn all of the USA’s aid from Ukraine, and I can only hope that it isn’t disastrous, but I don’t think Trump can do anything further to damage the Ukrainian position.

  4. Hope Ukraine (and Europe) don’t agree to this grotesque plan. But that will mean US ending all support, if any support is still left.

Europe will have to enter direct military confrontation with Russia, it’s a matter of time.

  5. That would all be fine and dandy if US hadn’t dropped it’s great power status back to ‘regional liability’ in a couple of months.

  6. US was already talking about conceding land in the peace deal and youre not supposed to leak any concessions prior to negotiations.

  7. They will be surprised now that they no longer are the only part of an agreement that can’t be trusted

  8. The biggest threat to Trump is loosing support from America’s arms manufacturers. They control billions and have powerful lobbies. Trump turning his back on the free world already have Europeans planning to ramp up weapon production. Non European current allies will also be taking notes. I can’t see many countries trusting America as a weapon supplier anymore. Much of their sales were to NATO countries who had to pay premium prices for American equipment. Now that America is threatening to split from the alliance and has turned its back on Democracy I see no need for NATO allies to buy American. Once foreign sales slow the arms lobbies will be putting pressure on Trump.

  9. The US can agree to whatever they want… but it’s Ukraine that’s going to fight until she’s free.

  10. Doesn’t matter what the US Agrees to. The war is between Russia and Ukraine, and only Zelensky and Putin can decide when and how there is peace; and you can bet your last Rubel Ivan, it won’t be seceeding territory!

  11. Here in Germany, a sleeping giant has just awoken after 80 years of peaceful slumber, a wake-up call issued by Vice President JD Vance during his lecture in Munich

    ……….Die Deutsche Waffenindustrie… .

and now the American arms lobby can ‘thank’ Trump. The international arms fairs of the coming years will be fun. ‘Made in the USA’ against “Made in Germany”. or as they say here in Germany ’As you call into the forest, so it sounds out’
