For those who might be wondering, the app I use to track my workouts is called FitNotes. Very nice and easy to use and backs up to the cloud!

Quite amazing how a pandemic can affect a good performance.
How’d you make such good progress the last couple years? I’ve been at a plateau for a while, start getting some hip pain, leaning too far forward…. I’m doing some more focused exercise to strengthen hip flexors and core to see if it can help. I’m also in a cut, which likely contributes.
