can someone help me identify that windmill in the Netherlands? does it have a name, if not what town, village is it located in?

   I don’t think it has a name of it’s own, but it’s near (part of?) a restaurant/fishery called Keijzersberg (the name on the flags and the road signs) https://keijzersberg.nl/ (scroll down to the bottom)
