Viessmann VITOPEND 200 furnace
VITOTROL 100 thermostat

Hi everyone!
It's freezing in here 🥶
I need suggestions on what I can to to get this thermostat to turn on the furnace.
I don't think it's the furnace because I still get hot water and there are no error codes on the furnace unit.
We've turned a few dials and tried a few things but it's not cutting on. ( Although I hear the 'click' on the thermostat when I turn it all the way on.)

Any ideas would be appreciated.

  1. It looks to me that it is currently set for 26°. The knob to the right is set for constant daytime temp, so the timer is not involved. Above that, the daytime temp is set to 26°. Leave it as is and wait some hours.
