  1. curious as to the specs on this thing, seems to have quite the firing rate since its an anti-air platform.

  2. Imagine telling someone two decades ago that Germany and company’s equipment are shooting down Iranian missile strikes. They would probably make some assumptions about the size of the crater in Tehran

  3. Sweet video, need to read about flakpanzers. Germany gets the best names for stuff.
    Also, what song?

  4. Short bursts are very satisfying. Wish there was original audio.

  5. I wish we could hear the sound of it firing instead of music

  6. Amazing to me that this SPAAG is almost 50 years old, yet still relevant today. I still think about the cancelled Sgt. York.

  7. Okay, I love the design BUT, I still wonder what the wires on the muzzle are for?

  8. Interesting: they even left the words on the displays in German. Which makes me wonder why. Is it so hard to put translations into those things? Maybe it’s not even possible because the fonts/systems won’t support Cyrillic characters? Or is it because they left everything else in German, too, because it’s easier? Like…all the manuals and training materials are in German and there has never been a Russian version because, obviously, only western countries had those?

  9. We have all been waiting our whole lives to see this thing in action. Very Nice!

  10. Shame about the music, I’d rather listen to the Auto-cannons sing.

  11. That display reminds me of the remote sentry guns in Aliens.

  12. Special thanks to Switzerland for not giving any of the ammo for these things to Ukraine despite the fact that they have tons.

  13. ” ***Flugabwehrkanonenpanzer***”…. As an english speaker, that’s a hell of a mouthful hahha.
