Don’t mind the low quality image, but is anyone else seeing the increase in e-bikes on the tube in the last few months?

Delivery drivers are a fucking plague
Damn it’s gotten that bad now?
No it’s just Ramadan, they’re probably off home to open their fast.
Rather than to work nights.
Funny I thought e bikes weren’t allowed to be carried on the underground? Or was that only e scooters?
See it, Say it, Sorted.
I was on the tube once and they literally wouldn’t close the doors to leave until someone that had an e-bike got off. Announced it over the tannoy and everything. That’s the only time I’ve ever seen the rule enforced, unfortunately
Is this the Metropolitan Line? It’s like this every night.
i dont like it either but its better (for me) than car parks
Tickets please 🥸
Why are bikes allowed on the tube when they have so many dedicated lanes and routes which other commuters who don’t have bikes can’t use?
When are the delivery apps going to take some accountability
Just ban these apps in london until they enforce some standards
Do you know what is a harrowing thought? If you live in a block of flats, there could be at least 10, 20, 30 of these cheapo batteries ready to explode at any time.
Delivery drivers headed home to their 12 bunks to room flat I fear ….
I wouldn’t want to be sat in a carriage with a potential bomb/fire hazard. All e bikes should be banned from the TFL network.
Such a dilemma: I like getting my Uber eats delivered, but I hate cyclists. What do I do?!
This is riders returning home to NW London (where people from these communities tend to live) after delivering in central London where it’s probably more lucrative or has a higher demand
My absolutist opinion is: All electric bicycles should be licensed, insured and regulated. Want a motor? Get a licence and a number plate. Otherwise, get pedalling, or walk, boyo.
I thought they were only allowed on if they folded
Bikes should be banned on the overground. Sick and tired of it. Makes no sense, you’re not going more than a few miles, just cycle.
If you have a bloody e-bike, why the fuck do you need to take the Undergound?
Oh no..I travel everywhere on my bike….
Saw an ebike battery go up in flames on one on a Met Line at Rayners last week, scary stuff!
Yeah. Seeing a lot of them locked up on the District Line while their riders sit away from them.
