Sure didn’t he have a difficult upbringing and is on the spectrum. Classic defence. This makes me so angry. No one is defending the poor kids being sexually assaulted.

Disgusting.
It’s alright lads, he takes full responsibility and is embarrassed. That’s punishment enough. /s
Solicitor said he has a very complicated and difficult personal history.
Ok. So it’s ok to participate in the exploitation and abuse of children. What does one have to do to go to jail in this country. Ireland is a safe haven for abusers of woman and children. You’d think these would be the areas judges would have some consideration for.
If they don’t go to jail, they should be given ankle brackets and banned from owning any device to connect to the internet. These people don’t just magically stop being sexually attracted to kids when they’re caught.

FFS. I’m not predisposed to violence but I could certainly throw some eggs at that judge. Bless him, he’s vulnerable. Fucking sure he is, prison generally doesn’t go well for diddlers.
She’s not worthy of the position and title of judge IMO.
Bit of an insult to those on the autistic spectrum, may face a lot of difficulties but being attracted to kids isn’t one…
No way should he have walked out of court
Disgraceful crime.
But his surname, is it pronounced YEAH BOI?
Ireland: a great little country to be a paedo in.
First – scumbag.
Second – shit tier justice system again.
Third – did I read that right? He put his phone number on an actual pedo website?
Off with his head!
In the US he’d likely be deported.
I actually feel sorry for the Garda here too. Theyre literally forced to go thorugh every image individually and determine whether its child porn or not. That shit would haunt you…..

Evil presonofied.
Watching child abuse imagery is a violent crime and the courts need to treat is as such. Children had to be abused for someone to watch that, and watching it creates more demand and more abuse. Watching this shit creates more abuse
I’m surprised none of the major parties have tried to avail of voter anger by pushing a much bigger law and order angle.
Cannot even suggesting any particular policy. I would have thought that some party could pick up a lot of votes by simply saying
“we get that normal people that don’t break the law are pissed off that criminals seem to either get a slap on the wrist or nothing at all”
Oh gee I wonder why this is getting heavily downvoted??
It actually fucking *flabbergasts* me on how people, in their crusade against racism, will try downplay/hide actions like this if the culprit is black.
There’s an argument for execution to be had. But in the US a lady’s kid fell down the stairs and died and she will be executed next month. Putin hasn’t been murdered yet. Pedos everywhere getting away with shit. Time for a world court…where I’m judge.
Wtf, how?
That mad is the scum of the earth. Our justice system is the biggest failure. An absolute kick in the teeth to all the victims in those videos. Absolutely disgraceful I’m fucking disgusted. Imagine getting caught with that much child porn and he walks free?! Fuck this justice system seriously. He will continue watching it and will probably sexually abuse a child himself. Shame on our justice system.
Had a late night chat with my uncle. Grew up with him so definitely not a child molester! He made the point that banning possession of material is a really slippery slope for a government to go down.
…I thought about that for a long time. Like should possession of ANY material be a crime when you don’t know context or intent?
…then I was watching a (BBC I think? Might have been C4) documentary on child abuse and the police who work in that department and there was a case discussed where a woman in Brazil had her cute, innocent 6 year old boy taken.
The abuse images of him turned up online.
But she never got him back.
After that my mind went back to strapping them in a body cage and letting pigs eat them alive from the toes upwards.
Wtf is wrong with the justice system in this country? By this logic you’re more likely to go to prison for non payment of your TV licence than being caught with vile child abuse images? That is f#&#&d up.
He needs to be taken out of circulation. At least monitored for a lengthy period of time
