  10. I freely admit much of what the Trump Administration has done in six weeks is arbitrary and indefensible, and often inexplicable. I also have no idea if today's agreement is a notable positive. But I'm glad France 24 has presented a point of view that is apparently objective and not reflexively anti-Trump — which much of the mainstream media has been since he got elected, thus rendering it just another noisy partisan.

  27. What does Putin gets out of the cease fire. Cease fire to rearm Ukraine and rest it forces for resumption of the war. During the 30 days the US will resume weapons supply and provide intelligence to Ukraine to boost the ability to launch a new attack on Russia. The stated goal of the West is to defeat Russia on the battlefield. That goal has not changed. Zelensky does not want any negotiated peace with Russia. He is being pressured into a cease fire to fulfill Trump's promise of stopping the war. Putin would be foolish to agree to a cease fire. I don't think he is that stupid. The West knows that Putin will reject the offer of a cease-fire and then they would do exactly what she said just now. accuse Putin of not wanting to stop the war. She let the cat out the bag. No one in his right mind knows that Putin will not accept that deal because Putin and lavrov already said that cease-fire is not an option , it's a trap
