Texas bill would charge transgender people with ‘fraud’

1. “The new [bill] would make it a state felony for a person to identify their sex at birth incorrectly to an employer or governmental entity”

   So people can still identify however they wish, but lying about your birth sex is going to be considered fraud under this law. Either to an employer or to a government agency.
