I was just fired today after working for ~5 months. I had 12 unused vacation days which if applied immediately makes the termination day the end of the month. I actually managed to get a pay bump a month ago, which enabled me to take a loan and buy a car…
I took me more than 3 months to find a job last time so Im not very happy to start searching again 🙁
What should be my next steps, Arbeitsamt, Jobcentre?

  2. register yourself as unemployed and start looking for a new job. and next time don’t take loans when you don’t have a stable job where you can’t get fired like that

  3. Arbeitsamt Jobcenter, online portals like LinkedIn and whatever for new jobs. Sorry to hear that but hope you get a new job soon. Maybe talk with the bank about the situation

  7. For banks it is almost win case scenario unless a bit economic turmoil happens like that of 2006 and 2007. So the bank is in secure side. I am sorry to hear that. Register yourself ASAP with arbeitsam and start looking for a new job. I wish you good luck!
